Local collection is free, from our store in Rye, East Sussex. Please select this option at checkout and contact us at rae.lifestyle.store@gmail.com to arrange collection. 

Online orders are prepared & sent normally within 48 hours of order, if you need an express service please let us know at the time of order. 

UK Shipping  - from £3 : All UK parcels are sent with a 48 Day fully tracked courier service. 

We now ship internationally to USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. Please see below our guide of shipping prices, however our quotes are based on weight & size of the parcel, so if you are interested in several items & the quote at checkout seems high, please email us for a bespoke quote, at rae.lifestyle.store@gmail.com. 

All international parcels are sent on DDP terms, meaning the import duties and taxes are covered already, so no surprises (more information below). 

Our international lead times are normally 3 - 8 working days. If it exceeds this for any reason will be notify you.

International Shipping & Duties (DDP)

We ship internationally on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your order total and collected at checkout — so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

By paying at checkout, you won't be asked to pay anything additional to your local customs authority or courier when your parcel arrives.

• Customs clearance may add additional processing time to your estimated delivery date.
