Online orders are prepared & sent normally within 48 hours of order, if you need an express service please let us know at the time of order. 

UK Shipping  - from £3 : All UK parcels are sent with a Next Day service, fully tracked courier service. 

We now ship internationally to USA, Europe and Australia. Please see below our guide of shipping prices, however our quotes are based on weight & size of the parcel, so if you are interested in several items & the quote at checkout seems high, please email us for a bespoke quote, at rae.lifestyle.store@gmail.com. 

All international parcels are sent on DAP terms, please see details below. 

Our international lead times are normally 3 - 7 working days. If it exceeds this for any reason will be notify you.

International Shipping - DAP Terms

For international orders, we ship using Delivered at Place (DAP) terms, also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means:

1. We are responsible for shipping your order to your delivery address
2. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying any import costs when your order arrives
3. These import costs may include VAT, duties, customs clearance fees, and handling charges
4. The shipping carrier will collect these fees from you upon delivery
5. We cannot predict the exact amount of these fees as they vary by country and order value
6. Refusal to pay these fees may result in your package being returned to us or abandoned, and shipping costs will not be refunded

Please note that some countries have a de minimis threshold, below which duties and taxes may not apply. For specific information about import fees in your country, please contact your local customs office.
