Bare Bones Chocolate ™ is a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow created by Cameron and Lara. As chocolate and speciality food enthusiasts, they wanted to create a brand that was built on incredible chocolate with impeccable detail through every process. They make their chocolate in a workshop in the South Side of Glasgow in micro-batches of around 30kg at a time. They roast their cacao on a modified Giesen coffee roaster and have engineered some of their equipment from scratch, to get the best possible quality for the batch sizes.
Bare Bones Chocolate™ is made in their tiny factory in the south side of Glasgow –from bean to bar. Handcrafting the chocolate from a raw cacao bean through to a finished bar allows us to control every step. We are so proud to be one of the very few UK producers who craft from bean to bar.
